We all took turns using the software so that we could all put are own individuals efforts in to bringing the trailer together. As we got our filming done in Decemeber we had plenty of time to mess around and try different effects with our trailer. We began by selecting the clips we would be using, this meant going through all the takes and deciding which one looked the best. We had to judge this on the lighting, the composition and whether we felt it looked professional enough. We then began to put the trailer together, we did this by following the story board. As we went through we have gradually moved things around and if we felt something needed to be added or cut we did it so it doesn't quite follow the story board any more. We applied effects where we felt appropriate such as black screens and fades in and out-
We used these a lot between the shots towards the end as this gave it a more dramatic look. . Making the trailer was a fairly long process as looking through it over and over again there was always changes that needed to be made to make it the best we could make it. As the trailer came together we also adjusted the sound levels on each clip. It was important that the sound levels weren't to high on some of the clips otherwise they would have drowned out the actual music we were going to add in.

This was the first clip in our trailer, we decided to edit out the sound in this as we didnt think it needed to be there. 
In this clip we needed to make their voices louder and quieten the music so that they could be heard.
